No Fix - No Fee

Our no fix - no fee policy means that in the unlikely event that we can't solve your problem, you won't be charged a penny!

However, the following conditions apply:

• If we find that we can provide you with a solution and you decide that you don't want us to go ahead with the required procedure (e.g. an item of hardware needs replacing but you don't want to pay for the part), then we will charge for the time spent on diagnosis.
• If we cannot complete a solution because you don't have a vital password or product key, we will charge for the time spent on diagnosis.
